She’d gotten the memo a day or two ago. Hunters, despite rumors, actually did have a few friends here and there – and one of Alex’s personal contacts had given her the note about the seven vengeful spirits in White Deer Park. It was the first tip-off she’d had in a good few weeks, and it peaked her interest enough that she certainly didn’t mind stopping by for a moment or two, it was only when she heard further clues she got more intrigued. Supposedly a hunter or two had already passed by to clean up the mess, but so far nothing was working as it should. Odd, but then again, when was her job not? And she always appreciated a challenge; it kept the job ‘fresh’. It was saying a lot for something that constantly had an aura of death to it.

The solstice purred to a stop between two trees, Alex hidden inside behind tinted windows as she surveyed the first immediate thing she saw – nothing. Trees, trees, grass, dirt, trees…it was certainly a park, with all the boredom and supposed ‘nothing interesting’ that came with it. Hunters had to move fast. This was one of the worst case scenarios, a seemingly honest and innocent place to draw in the weak and then infect them with the wrath of the Supernatural terror. There were no warning signs, no neon lights, only something in the bushes that kept itself hidden until it launched it’s fatal attack.

The door opened smoothly and quickly as Alex stepped out, her eyes still trained on the shadows in a wary expression as she moved to the trunk of her car, popping it open before lifting the rather high floor to reveal a hidden arsenal beneath. Pulling out a personal favorite she cocked the gun open and pushed in a good few rock salt bullets, tilting the gun back together afterwards in a sharp pop. She double checked that matches were still within her pocket, and she had salt at easy access in the passenger seat if she needed it for later. Now or never.

Holding the gun with a stiff readiness at her side the brunette hunter maneuvered into the woodland area – ready for the hunt.
